Chintamani Finlease Ltd., has their registered office at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi -110092, and is the owner of the website, www.geteasyloans.in. As a user (“User”) of this Site, the User understands that Chintamani Finlease Ltd. is an online platform providing access between multiple Users in the form of lenders, borrowers, service providers etc. with a view to facilitate lending and borrowing activities between the Users.
Your use of this Website implies that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by following, disclaimer, terms & conditions. These Terms & Conditions together with our privacy policy as provided on the Website govern your usage of the Website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the Website.
- General The Website is an online platform bringing together borrowers and lenders willing to abide by the Terms & Conditions herein. Chintamani Finlease Ltd. is merely a facilitator providing an online platform for borrowers in need of loans from lenders and lenders willing to disburse loans to borrowers. Chintamani Finlease Ltd. merely facilitates a transaction of borrowing and lending between two such persons. Chintamani Finlease Ltd. is not a Financial Institution under the Companies Act, 2013 or the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 or any other laws for the time being in force in India. Chintamani Finlease Ltd. is also not a deposit taking company or a chit fund or a company offering any investment schemes as per the rules and regulations for the time being in force in India.
- Eligibility The User of this Website unequivocally declare and agree and that the User is a natural / legal person who has attained the age of atleast 21 years and is legally allowed to enter into a contract in India. The User is allowed to utilize the services of the Website in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed hereinafter and has agreed to become a paid member of this Website and whose membership fee is not in arrears. In case, Chintamani Finlease Ltd. chooses not to charge any fee for the services provided in the Website, by registering on the Website, the User hereby undertakes to agree and abide by the Terms and Conditions detailed hereinafter.
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions As a User of this Website you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions that Chintamani Finlease Ltd. has provided hereunder or anywhere else in this Website including but not limited to disclaimers on this Website. You are advised to read and understand the said Terms and Conditions and in case you do not wish to agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Site. The Website is an online platform providing Users registered on the Website with access to data base of lenders and borrowers. The information is also shared with third party verification agencies and collection agencies etc. Chintamani Finlease Ltd. in no manner indulges in the activities of lending or borrowing. Chintamani Finlease Ltd. is not an organization registered with the Reserve Bank of India and does not hold any license to engage in any activities relating to lending or borrowing. Chintamani Finlease Ltd. is a service provider facilitating the access between person willing to lend and person in need of borrowing. The final decision as regards lending and borrowing is also subject to the choice of the respective Users in their respective capacities as lenders or borrowers.
- Your Account By using this Website as a User you hereby represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract as per the laws prevalent in India for the time being in force. You hereby also represent that you more than 21 years of age. The User also unequivocally agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about as sought by the registration form of the Website. Upon Chintamani Finlease Ltd. gaining knowledge of having any reasonable suspicion that the information provided by you is wrong, inaccurate or incorrect, Chintamani Finlease Ltd. shall immediately terminate your account without any notice to you in this regard. You shall at all times abide by the Terms and Conditions stated herein and any breach of these conditions may also lead to Chintamani Finlease Ltd. terminating your account and appropriate civil and criminal remedies will be sought against you as provided under the laws of India

- Limitation of Liability Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither Chintamani Finlease Ltd. nor its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees or any related party shall have any liability to you or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or relating to these terms and conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Chintamani Finlease Ltd., its affiliated and subsidiary companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses and causes of action arising out of your use of the Website.
- Indemnity You agree to indemnify, save, and hold Chintamani Finlease Ltd., its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and its third party associates, licensors, and partners harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs and expenses, including without limitation legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the services or of the Website, any violation by you of this Agreement, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you herein. Chintamani Finlease Ltd. reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify Chintamani Finlease Ltd., including rights to settle, and you agree to cooperate with Chintamani Finlease Ltd.’ defense and settlement of these claims. Chintamani Finlease Ltd. will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim, action, or proceeding brought by a third party that is subject to the foregoing indemnification upon becoming aware of it. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement.
- Applicable Laws Your use of this Site and any Term and Conditions stated in this policy is subject to laws of India. In case of any disputes arising out of the use of the Website, Courts of Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If the User violates any of these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise violate an agreement entered into through the medium of the Website, Chintamani Finlease Ltd. may terminate the Users membership, delete his/her profile and any content or information given by the User and/or prohibit the User from using or accessing the Website at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, including without limitation if it believes that you are under 21.
Your personal information as User of this Website shall not be shared by Chintamani Finlease Ltd. to any unrelated third parties without your consent. However, in case any such information is required to be shared with a third party as directed and authorized by law or court order or any such authority legally allowed to ask for such information, Chintamani Finlease Ltd. will be at liberty to share such information. You will be duly informed of such disclosure at the time.
This End User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between you (the “User” or “You”) and Chintamani Finlease Ltd, a limited company having its registered office at SECOND FLOOR, 216, VIKASDEEP BUILDING, PLOT NO-18 DISTRICT CENTRE, EAST DELHI- 110092.(“CLIENT”, “Us” or “We”, which term shall include its successors and permitted assigns). The User and CLIENT shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
BY EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT / CONSENT FORM, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY AGREEING TO ACCESS THE EXPERIAN CREDIT INFORMATION REPORT AND CREDIT SCORE, AGGREGATE SCORES, INFERENCES, REFERENCES AND DETAILS (AS DEFINED BELOW) (TOGETHER REFERRED AS “CREDIT INFORMATION”). YOU HEREBY ALSO CONSENT TO SUCH CREDIT INFORMATION BEING PROVIDED BY EXPERIAN TO YOU AND CLIENT BY USING EXPERIAN TOOLS, ALGORITHMS AND DEVICES AND YOU HEREBY AGREE, ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.

Information Collection, Use, Confidentiality, No-Disclosure and Data Purging
CLIENT shall access your Credit Information as your authorized representative and CLIENT shall use the Credit Information for limited End Use Purpose consisting of and in relation to the services proposed to be availed by you from CLIENT. We shall not aggregate, retain, store, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell or rent the Credit Information to any other person and the same cannot be copied or reproduced other than as agreed herein and in furtherance to CICRA. The Parties agree to protect and keep confidential the Credit Information both online and offline. The Credit Information shared by you or received on by us on your behalf shall be destroyed, purged, erased promptly of upon the completion of the transaction/ End Use Purpose for which the Credit Information report was procured for up to a maximum of 6 months.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between you and CLIENT shall be governed by laws of India and all claims or disputes arising there from shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.Definitions:
Capitalized terms used herein but not defined above shall have the following meanings:“Business Day” means a day (other than a public holiday) on which banks are open for general business in Mumbai.
“Credit Information Report” means the credit information / scores/ aggregates / variables / inferences or reports which shall be generated by Experian;
“Credit Score” means the score which shall be mentioned on the Credit Information Report which shall be computed by Experian.
“CICRA” shall mean the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 read with the Credit Information Companies Rules, 2006 and the Credit Information Companies Regulations, 2006, and shall include any other rules and regulations prescribed thereunder.
